The three tiers

ExtraCP has a three-tier model: the admin (you, the server operator), resellers, and customers. A reseller gets an allocation and manages their own customers within it.

As a reseller you can

Create, manage, suspend, and delete your own customer accounts — within the allocation your provider gave you.
See only your own customers. Resellers are isolated from each other and from the rest of the server.

White-label branding

Apply your own name, logo, and accent colour. After your customers log in, the panel shows your brand — not ExtraCP's. Branding is resolved on the server from the account owner, so each reseller's customers see the right brand.

Isolation

Everything a reseller does is scoped to their own customers. A reseller can't reach another reseller's accounts, and the server operator can still suspend or terminate a reseller (which cascades to that reseller's customers) when needed.

Getting set up

Ask your server operator (the ExtraCP admin) to enable the reseller tier on your account and set your allocation. From there you manage customers from your own panel.
