Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying ExtraCP. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Try before you buy

The Free tier lets you run ExtraCP on one server with the core features, at no cost, for as long as you like — so you can evaluate it before purchasing a paid plan.

14-day refund

If a paid plan isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, paid periods are non-refundable but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your license stays valid through the paid period; it simply won't renew. Cancelling does not disable your existing hosting.

How to request

Email hello@extracp.com with your order number. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
