By using this website, buying a plan, or running the ExtraCP software, you agree to these terms.

The service

ExtraCP provides a self-hosted hosting control panel and a license that authorises you to run it. You are responsible for the servers you install it on and for the data and accounts you host.

Licenses

• Each plan grants a license valid for the number of servers stated in that plan.
• Licenses are for your use (or your customers' hosting that you operate); you may not resell or redistribute the license key itself.
• Licensing is offline-tolerant by design: a temporary inability to reach the license server does not disable your existing hosting.

Acceptable use

Do not use the software for unlawful activity, and do not attempt to circumvent license enforcement, tamper with the signed license tokens, or exceed your server allowance.

Payment & renewal

Paid plans are billed for the stated period. Prices are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. You remain responsible for your own backups and server security.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
